Refund Policy

We keep this simple: the free trial is your evaluation window, and cancelling is always available and immediate.
The trial is the safety net
Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial with full functionality. Your card is not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial months once a billing period has started.
Billing mistakes
If we charged you in error, charged you twice, or charged you after you cancelled, tell us within 14 days at support@aiconichub.ai and we will refund the mistaken charge in full.
How to cancel
Cancel from your subscription confirmation email, or write to support@aiconichub.ai from your account email and we will confirm the cancellation within one business day.
