Terms of Service

The service

Aiconic OS gives your agency a branded AI chat widget that you install inside your GoHighLevel agency account, an agent inbox for your team, a knowledge base you manage, and a client-facing help center. Your clients see your brand; our name appears only where your plan includes attribution.

Aiconic OS is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel is a trademark of its owner.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your sign-in credentials, and for everyone you invite to your team. You must be authorized to act for the agency you register.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans start with a 7 day free trial. We collect a payment method at checkout and the first charge happens when the trial ends. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (such as included AI messages and team seats) are described on the pricing page and may be enforced in the product.

Refunds

Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your content

You own the content you bring: your branding, your knowledge base documents, and your conversation data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, such as storing your documents, generating embeddings from them, and passing relevant excerpts to our AI provider to answer your clients' questions.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring it contains nothing unlawful.

AI answers

Answers are generated by an AI model grounded in your knowledge base and our shared GoHighLevel library. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing how the widget represents your agency and for correcting your knowledge base when answers miss.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, harass anyone, violate the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or resell access outside your agency's client relationships. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and fast, but it is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces the service you pay for, you can cancel and owe nothing further.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On closure we delete or return your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of your clients or of GoHighLevel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@aiconichub.ai.
